Support ignoring that they sent package lateCareful. I made an order a week and a half ago that was suppose to arrive for a birthday. As soon as I got the UPS tracking a week later, I saw it was going to be late and I reached out pleading to their support. They said UPS mistakenly showed a later date. Well. That date has passed and looks like it wasn’t UPS that was wrong but Rosaholics. Very poor customer service, especially considering what I paid. They have stopped responding.
